Terms of Service (TOS)
These Terms of Service may be updated or modified at any time.
1. General
• By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.• By commissioning me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.• Communication must remain clear and respectful.• Failure to read these Terms does not exempt the client from complying with them.• The artwork will be created in my style. I tend to exaggerate musculature and proportions. Please review my portfolio before commissioning. If specific proportions are important to you, they must be clearly specified in your request.• Colors and overall color schemes may be adjusted from the original reference. References serve as guidance rather than strict replicas.
2. Payment & Extra Fees
• Payment is accepted via PayPal to the account listed on the invoice.• All prices and invoices are issued in EUR (Euro). The final amount may vary depending on your local currency and current exchange rates.• Full payment is required before I begin working on the commission.• Work will only start once the full payment has been successfully received.• Commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. No slot will be reserved until payment is completed.• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the commission will be canceled.• Additional fees may apply if a character or background is particularly complex. This will always be discussed before work begins.• If the commissioner provides incorrect or incomplete references that result in major changes during the lineart, coloring, or rendering stage, an additional fee may apply.• Significant changes requested after sketch approval may require extra payment.• All applicable extra fees will accumulate.
3. Refund Policy
• A full refund is available before work begins.• No refunds will be issued after the final sketch has been approved.• Commissions are considered discretionary purchases. Refunds will not be granted due to changes in the client’s financial circumstances after payment has been made. Please ensure you are financially comfortable before commissioning.• Artistic growth or improvements over time do not make previously completed commissions eligible for refunds.• If I am unable to complete the commission for personal reasons, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the progress made.• If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days (despite reasonable attempts by the artist to contact them), the commission will be considered abandoned and canceled. If the final sketch has already been approved, no refunds will be issued regardless of the stage of completion. The artist retains full payment and all rights to the completed or in-progress artwork. Exceptions may be made at the artist’s sole discretion in cases of genuine emergency.• Chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist and loss of rights to the artwork.
4. Process & Revisions
• Commissions must be submitted through the provided form.• I will review your submission and contact you via email if your request is accepted and to confirm all details before sending the invoice. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address.• Clear and accurate references must be provided before work begins. If you have a specific pose, mood, or idea in mind, include visual references (photos, sketches, other artworks, etc.) to help communicate your vision.• I will send updates at key stages of the process.• Small revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.• I am not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from unclear or incomplete references.• The final artwork will be delivered as a PNG file via email or file-sharing service. If you require additional formats, this must be discussed before the commission begins.
5. Usage Rights & Copyright
• The artwork is for personal use only.• Commercial use is not permitted unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.• Resale, redistribution, NFTs, and AI training usage are strictly prohibited.• If the client provides copyrighted material as reference without disclosure, I am not responsible for any resulting copyright issues.• I reserve the right to reuse or repurpose rough concepts from canceled or rejected commissions.• Sketches or rough drafts may not be given to other artists for completion.• Work-in-progress images may not be shared publicly without my permission.• I retain full copyright of the artwork.• I reserve the right to share WIPs, sketches, and final pieces on my social media platforms, portfolio, or promotional materials unless the commissioner explicitly requests privacy beforehand.• Credit is required when reposting the artwork online.• Icons or personal edits derived from the commission are allowed, provided appropriate credit is given.• My signature or watermark must not be removed or altered.
6. Turnaround Time
• An estimated turnaround time will be discussed before work begins.• Delays may occur due to personal, health, or workload reasons. Clients will be informed if significant delays occur.
7. Content Rules

• Minors in sexual contexts
• Real-life animals or feral characters in sexual contexts
• Overly animalistic genital designs
• Necrophilia
• Non-consensual scenarios
• Hateful or discriminatory content
• Mecha
• Hardcore gore
• Inflation
• Vore
• Diaper / ABDL-related contentI reserve the right to decline any concept I am not comfortable with.
8. Privacy & Data
• Due to Portuguese law, some personal information may be requested after commission acceptance for invoicing and legal/tax purposes.• For most personal use commissions, only the client’s country of residence is required. Additional information (such as legal name or address) will only be requested when legally necessary.• This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
